How to check the authenticity of the certificate?

Today in Russia there is a situation that a lot of products manufactured or sold on forged (invalid) certificates.

In this article I will tell you how to check the authenticity of the certificate, whether the certificate is valid at the moment, if he at the time of release of the product into circulation acted.

All certification bodies are required to transmit data on the issued certificates in Rosakkreditatsiyu (this duty is fixed by law).

Registry certificate is freely available on the Internet at: http://fsa.gov.ru

 Then press tab registries.

And choose "Certificates of Conformity", paragraph 2.

We fall into the section "Certificates of Conformity", which contains three subsections:

1. Unified Register of certificates of conformity - in the registry contains the certificates, designed for the requirements of technical regulations of the Russian Federation. Rooms such certificates begin with "C" symbol and have the following form: "C-CN.MT40.A.00001".

2. National part of a register of issued certificates of conformity, decorated on a single form - in this registry contains certificates, designed for the requirements of technical regulations of the Customs Union, as well as certificates issued on the products included in the unified list of products within the Customs Union. Rooms such certificates begin with "TS RU C ..." symbol and have the following form: "With RU TC-CZ.MT40.A.00001". Also, certificates, designed for the requirements of the Customs Union can be distinguished by the inscription "EAC" in the upper left corner of the printed certificate.

3. Register of certificates of conformity of products included in the unified list of products of the Russian Federation - in this registry contains certificates issued for products that are not covered by the technical regulations, but subject to mandatory certification. Rooms such certificates begin with "Russia" characters and have the following form: "ROSS RU.MT40.B00001"

* I want to note that in all of the above registers can check certificates for products, which are subject to mandatory certification. Register voluntary certification in the public domain does not exist !!!!!

So, we figured out which of the registers, we need to address. Click on the appropriate register of us, and a page with a search certificate form (this page looks the same for all three registers). Further, for example, I'll look in the registry under the number 2.

The simplest thing is to look at the number of the certificate is not !!!!!, and for the applicant and the name of the product. The fact that the rooms of the certificate contained both Russian and Latin letters, and if you mix up at least one letter (for example, instead of Russian "M" to put the English "M"), the required certificate you are in the registry will not find, or can spend a lot of time to find the right combination of Russian and English letters. But if you fill in the "Applicant" and the "Products" exactly as it is written in the certificate (which is in front of your eyes), you will find the desired certificate. In most cases, only enough to fill the "Applicant".

Let's look at an example. We in the hands of a certificate under the TC number RU-C RU.MT40.A.00049, designed for production - terrain vehicle "Bear", the applicant - individual entrepreneur Santo Natalia.

Fill in the field "Applicant" - write Santo and click Find:

We see that in the registry found 289 certificates.

Now add in the "Products" the word bear.

And we see that the search was reduced to only two certificates, from which we select the correct us.

Next, open the certificate you want us to register and see all the information on the certificate:

Number, expiration date, when and by whom issued, on the basis of which it was issued, who is the manufacturer of the product, etc., including the status of the certificate, and if the certificate has the status of "suspended" or "canceled", then It will be recorded on the basis of which the decision is made.

And the last thing I want to tell more - is the status of the certificate in the registry. When you find the desired certificate, on the contrary it is one of the four circles of a certain color.

The status of "valid" (green circle) - means that the certificate is valid. Everything is fine.

The status of "Suspended" (orange circle) - means that the certificate has been suspended at this time for any reason. The reason for the suspension and the date will be indicated in the certificate description. Perhaps, after the elimination of the causes that served to suspend the certificate, its operation will be resumed.

Status "Cancelled" (red circle) - it means that the certificate has ceased forever. The reason for cancellation and the date will be indicated in the certificate description.

Status "Archive" (pink circle) - means that the certificate is not valid at the moment, because the certificate has expired.
